What I think the novel "My Brother Sam Is Dead" is going to be about is a brothers brother(Sam)is in the army and gets killed and Sam's brother will have to go through the rough times and the good times without him. I am also looking forward to reading this book because I have never actually read a historical fiction book that sounds so interesting and I love books with mystery and suspense.
ReplyDeleteI am very excited to start reading our new novel "My brother Sam is Dead" because based on the cover of the book it looks very interesting. I think that it may take place during some kind of war. I also think that the book might be very sad because i think it's about the death of one brother and the hard times that the other brother has to go through without him. I mainly read mystery and drama books. I normally do not read historical fiction books, but I feel that this historical fiction book is going to be very interesting to read.
ReplyDeleteI am not really interested in the novel. I'm not really into historical fiction. But the title, "My Brother Sam is Dead",does seem interesting. I think that this book is about two brothers who where close and Sam does but the other one has visions about him or something like that.
ReplyDeleteI'm not very excited to read this book. I think the novel is based on two brothers that probably had a great realtionship when they were young to each other and later on "Sam" dies and the other brother is torn up.....or something like that.

ReplyDeleteI am not excited about this book. Mostly because it is a histrical noval. But the title dose seem interesting. In this noval i think that there will be two brothers, that are very close and are in the military. Sam is killed and his brother is very sad about it and cant tell the family that Sam died, so he lies to them.
ReplyDeleteI think the book "My Brother Sam is Dead" will take place during the Civil War and his brother Sam will die and he will have to take his place in the war. I'm looking forward to this book, I believe it will be exciting and keep you at the edge of your seat. I have not read a lot of historical fiction books, but I'm super excited about this book.
ReplyDeleteI think this book will be good because the title sounds mysterious, and I like mysteries. I think this book is going to be about a girl or boy that has a brother named Sam, and that girl or boy spent alot of time with Sam. Then one day, they were shocked at the fact that their brother Sam was dead. Then later on they try to find out what happened to Sam.

I would also like to read this book because I have read some books dating to that time like "Elijah of Buxton". I also think we might be able to learn a little about more about history from reading this book.

ReplyDeleteWhat I think about My brother sam is dead is that I looks like a great book by maybe being a mystery like maybe sams brother just found out that sam was dead and wants to see how he died but anyway I am very excited I can not wait to start this book because I like book that look myestyrous YAY!
ReplyDeleteI think the book My Brother Sam is Dead is going to be about a boy who lost in brother in an accident while in a war. While the boy knows he tries not to tell anyone in case they shatter there dreams of seeing him one day. I am not really thrilled about this book because it a history one, but who knows it can turn out to be a great book.

This book looks really awesome. I don't usually read historical fictions so hopefully I will like this one. I think it is about a guy whose brother Sam dies.
